This 4 day gorilla tracking safari offers you the opportunity to trek mountain gorillas in Volcanoes National Park and also experience Rwanda’s traditional culture at Iby’wacu cultural village.
Having a chance to see some of the last remaining 700 mountain gorillas in the world is a wonderful experience. It offers you an opportunity to stay in a traditional Rwanda Village setting, witness the traditional dances, food, beer processing, medicine men, music and other entertainment, Batwa pygmies villages, etc.
Day 1: Parc Nationale Des Volcanoes.
You will be picked from your hotel or place of residence and transferred to Parc Nationale des Volcanoes,. Overnight at:
Luxury lodge (Up-market): Mountain Gorilla View Lodge or Gorillas Nest Lodge
Moderate: La Palme Hotel or Volcanoes Gorilla Lodge
Low Budget: Kinigi Guest House or Muhavura Lodge.
Meal plan: Lunch and Dinner.
Day 2: Gorilla trekking Volcanoes National Park
Have breakfast, and transfer to the park headquarters where you will meet the ranger guides. When you are done with the briefing you will begin the trekking. The trek can be quite tough that it takes a lot of time approximately 2-8 hours. Overnight at:

Day 3: Visit Iby’Iwacu Cultural Excursion.
Have your breakfast and drive to Iby’Iwacu Cultural Village for a wonderful and interactive experience, learning all about Rwandan traditions, culture, songs and dance. You may also participate in the local activities and taste local foods and wines. You will spend the night here, in traditional houses and participate in Gitaramo, a cultural tradition of sharing stories, song and dance while sitting around a warm fire. Overnight at:

Day 4: Kigali City Tour-Out
After your African cup of coffee, ready for a drive to visit of Kigali city which includes the Genocide Memorial centre at Gisozi. The Kigali City tour will enable you visit the colorful markets, genocide memorials and craft centers are the main areas of interest. In Rwanda you will find all over the country Memorials to remember the genocide of 1994.Therafetr your afternoon lunch be transferred to Kigali Airport for your outbound flight Meal plan: Breakfast and Lunch End of service
