Chimpanzee Tracking
Chimpanzee tracking is an add-on to a gorilla tracking safari in Rwanda. Nyungwe Forest National Park is the only place where you will hear the chimpanzees before you reach them. Chimpanzees are the most celebrated in the park, with a record of over 400 individuals, some of which are habituated and open for tracking by visitors. Chimpanzee tracking in Rwanda is pretty interesting as visitors get a chance to spot some monkeys like the Rwenzori colobus, and L’Hoest monkeys, a good list of birds can be spotted or heard as well whilst in the forest. Game Viewing
Enjoy Game viewing safaris in the off-beaten-track chuck of bush in the Akagera National Park with great chances of spotting the buffaloes, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and antelopes. The park is spotted with quite a number of lakes that host a high number of hippos, probably not compared to anywhere in Africa. Game viewing in Rwanda though is at its lowest compared to other East African counterparts like Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania, all the same, the park is worth visiting. The park’s various lakes linked by swamps and its Savannah are a hideout of lots of game, making it.
City Tour
Kigali is Rwanda’s Capital city, which stands on hills. For any safari in Rwanda at least, it has to go through this city, and indeed it’s worth the stop. Usually, a city tour is done before or after the tour/safari and this gives you a chance to visit core places like the Museums and Genocide memorial sites to learn of the horrible past.
The Shores of Lake Kivu
This is a leisure part of Rwanda that no one can afford to miss. Lake Kivu offers stunning and beautiful sceneries of the hillsides plunging into the lake. We encourage you to make a Rwanda safari and extend it to this breathtaking place. I guess when I talk about tourist attractions; lakes, rivers, mountains, forests, and wildlife come into your mind but now am I talking about Africa’s fourth-largest lake which is none other than the hilarious lake Kivu. When you reach this magnificent scenic site, you will truly appreciate the beauty and breathtaking atmosphere that is availed.
